What To Bring to Orlando, FL?

We are coming from Texas we are a family of 5 plus a friend im bringing so that is 6. Im 12 and my friend is also 12 my brother is 8 and my little sister is 2, I know we are going to get bored plus its like a 16 hour drive. I want a Packing List and Stuff for the ride so I can show my mom and dad and my friend of course. We will be leaving July 9th and arriving July 10th we will be leaving from Florida around July 16-18. We are going to Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Universal Studios, Island of Adventure, Wet n' Wild. Is there any special events during that week?
