If Obama granted Amnesty to Illegals in his 2nd term, would Texas instantly turn into a Swing state?

This makes me so about the illegal thing I can not even believe it. Obama just wants to do this cause it would give him almost all of the west and there is no way he can lose he does not care how much damage this does to the country.
