GOOD MILITARY TRANSITIONING RESUME WRITER?

I am transitioning from the military soon and need help with my resume. I have been through ACAP but I feel like they only did the minimum. I wrote my resume but I don't feel like they criticized it. I want a proactive resume writer that will make my resume reflect me as "an achiever" not "a doer". Has anyone had a positive experience with a good price?
