What is the difference between high and low achievers? and what goals do they set for themselves?

This depends on the focus and subject at hand. If they are secular than it is money and power based, societal acceptance if you will. In certain aspects low achievers either do not hold power and money as god, or they can also be struggling with personal insecurity...however, they are usually not arrogant..high achievers can be. God bless. Oh and if the high achiever is focusing on this protocol to care for those they love, or those in need than arrogance is not part of their ideological platform.
