I need a person to help with the pipes in my house!!!?

there was a hose in the front yard that was dripping a little. my parents (being over achievers) decided they wanted to fix it. well today when we woke up, i went in my basement and its soaked EVERYWHERE!! my mom had some teaching stuff there and there is puddles on them!!! i need someone to help fix this for cheap!! PLEASE PLEASE HELP!!!
