Could my mom be pregnant?

Recently my parents have been acting a bit strange. They are hiding things from me and everything. One night we were watching tv and my mom commented to my dad that her stomach felt weird. My dad said, "could be just your ovaries moving." (He said something like it). I was so confused. One day I found a card on the fridge that mentioned something about a gynaecologist and obstetrics card. Lately my parents have been wanting to build another room for my brothers. At dinner I told them how I was excited for finaly having my own room when my dad mentions,"well you really won't have your own room and much space" then I kept wondering why, until he started rambling on and on about just putting stuff in my room. I also noticed that my dad asked my mom quietly if "she had told us," and my mom said, "I thought you were going to." Please help, is my mom pregnant or am I just over reacting?
