People on probation can they move to a differnt state . ?

Ohkay so my boyfriend , well now my ex cause i told him somethinq stupid &; he called it quits . :/ but anyways he called me yesterday morninq at 10 &; we were talkinq &; he told me that hes movinq to texas with his dad , that he thinks hes qoinq there . &; i kept tellinq him that hes kiddinq &; he said ohkay dont believe . &; at the time i didnt belive him cause hes one of those people who are scared to make biq chanqes like that &; even thouqh his mom treats him like **** . he wouldnt ever think about leavinq her side . but at the end of the conversation he said this miqht be the last phone call that i qet from him . but then he said ill try to call you later . &; since yesterday morninq he hasnt called mee . ! :'( thats noot like him . he calls everyday at least more then 5 times . i cant call him cause he doesnt have a house phone or cell phonne so he always uses peoples phones to talk to me . but my question is can people on probation leave their state ? or do they have to wait till they are off it . ?
