Should I apply to Wesleyan University Early Decision 1?

That all sounds amazing, and as long as you know you could pay for it, go for it! I found out after I applied regular decision to colleges that kids on the early decision list were often almost TWICE AS LIKELY to get in. The colleges want kids who pick the school as their first choice- they want people who want to be there. My friend applied to Wesleyan regular decision and didn't get in and he had about the same grades as you. I don't mean to scare you, it's just that this year I was waitlisted at 4 schools because the numbers of applicants are increasing and they can't admit everyone no matter now qualified they are.
