First thing I'd do - run spellcheck! You misspell 'experience' right off the bat. You also give no indication of just what you were doing for that unnamed organization from 6/10-1/11. I'd also lose most (if not all) of the 'personal interest' section...frankly, most companies couldn't care less what you do for fun.
