How to win in an interview with the big bosses during a buffet-style interview?

I consider myself a high achiever with great motivation and responsibility. I know I will dedicatedly contribute to the company. I'll be having a buffet-style lunch interview with some of the big bosses of the company, what can i do to impress them? What kind of questions should i prepare?
