Should i tell him or not?

so i guess im an over achiever and today we had an award assembly. they handed out student of the year awards i received one in science and math but not history which i know i deserved. I guess my teacher knew something was up so he pulled me aside to talk and he asked whats wrong and i kept on saying nothing but something is wrong. I really wanted to say that it hurt that he chose someone over me for the award when i knew i deserved it he basically said to me and the whole school that im second best i wasn't good enough he pulled the rug from beneath my feet and left me on my but its like he dragged me along gave me student of the month awards alot and then he has the nerve to do this im just so angry. its even worse because hes mt favorite teacher and he treated me like i ws his favorite student but i guess i was wrong
