Should I be concerned about any visitation the Attorney General might issue?

I live in Texas. My son was born 18 months ago. Since his birth his father has only seen him 3 times the last time being March 15, 2010 over a year ago. My son has no bond with his father and would not even recognize him if he were to come around. We have a court hearing with the Attorney General this month concerning child support. Should I be worried about visistation they might issue??
