Parent taught drivers ed...got kicked out?

ok well, first off i am from texas so laws from other states dont really apply. I got kicked out of my moms house last night ( i am 18). I started parent taught drivers ed when i was 16 and got in trouble, so she never mailed the paperwork in...the result i haven't been able to get my license because she won't mail it in. But because im 18 and i have been kicked out is there any way i can leagally get my license without "parent taught drivers ed" like a loop hole?
