Need help with my house ?

After taking care of my in laws and losing my mom father-in-law and mother-in-law all in about 2 yrs it's real hard to go in the house we still live in a apartment I have done alot to it all ready but would like to put bedrooms in the attic so we would have room for everyone for the holidays and make them proud of their parents home but money is always a problem don't know what to do please help make my wides dream come true Jimmy Russell Canadian Texas
