How can I 'catch up' the the level of education of an elite (I am an adult)?

I spent most of high school hardly attending and definitely not listening. Now I attend university and through meeting many diverse people realise that some people are soo much smarter than me (cue: the tiger mother). They might have several languages, and advanced english, mathematics, play the piano extremely well.. High achievers. Can an adult (mid 20's) 'catch up' to someone who has an elite education? and finish my degree? is it possible? What would you suggest I learn?
