Did I get the job? I am tired of waiting.?

I went to a job fair two weeks ago and talked to a man from a restaurant who had a table at the fair. He said he would talk to his business partner and get back to me. That was on a Wednesday. On Friday, another man called and asked me to come in on Monday for an interview. He interviewed me for an hour and even told me he really liked me but they always do two interviews so he couldn't hire me on the spot. I got a call from the man from the job fair telling me to take the achiever test online and try the food then call him back. After doing that on Wednesday, I got a call from the office manager asking me to come in on Friday for the last interview. I watched a dvd about the company then talked to the office manager for about 30 minutes. Then the Director came in. He was the job fair man. I then had an hour long interview with him and the office manager. They both seemed to like me. There was lots of smiling. The only possible negative was that he thinks I may be quiet. At the end, he said they would probably make the decision by midweek. I sent a thank you email the other day. I'm still waiting. I was hoping they would call today but they didn't. Now I'm having doubts. Am I reading too much into this??
