Can I raise my SAT score from a 1600 to a 2200?

I'm a freshman. I took the SAT practice at home, got like a 600 or so on both Writing and Math, and a 400 on Reading. Can I raise this to almost a 800 on both writing and math, and a 600 or so for reading? Would that be easy? Am I an over achiever?
