2 years of college, can't afford anymore, what next?

I'm almost done with my second year of college. Strong grades, intern experience, volunteer weekly, president of a student organization...i.e. not a slacker. Unfortunately, I am a broke over achiever. I talked with financial aid, the Dean of my college, and every person I know with a couple extra bucks. No dice. So, what next? I don't want to serve fries, and I would love an adventure that pays instead of me paying for it. I'm considering the Air Force, but do you have any other suggestions? Know of anything? I guess I have the summer to figure it out, but I would like to get going on it. I was majoring in Political Science and English, so that is where my interests are - but I'm up for anything.
